Physical Therapy

We provide physical therapy for the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Program (DDW). Our therapists navigate the process for obtaining durable medical equipment such as a wheelchair, equipment for accessibility, and provide exercises for maintaining and gaining physical abilities.
